I can't believe our baby girl is 1 years old! She is as sweet as can be and can warm your heart with her smile. She has been walking for over a month now and really is starting to run. Everything still goes right into the mouth as it seems she is getting tooth after tooth. I believe she has 7 or 8 now, including one molar...that one definitely caused some pain. At her 1 year checkup she was 21 lbs and healthy as can be. She still isn't doing a whole lot of talking yet so we've been concentrating on reading to her and sounding objects out. She is definitely our little daredevil, and will get into everything she isn't supposed to!
On her actual birthday we just had some cake with Mommy, Daddy and Mella. We then had a small bday party with Grandma and Grandpa Roehl, Aunt Jenny and Uncle Scott, Grandma Paul and Aunt Jill. Thank you for all of the adorable presents she received! Below is a video of her first dig into the fun Elmo cake that Grandma Roehl made for Roni!
