House Projects - Detached Garage

If you know us, you know that we always have some crazy going on in our lives. Well the crazy this year is that we are buying Tom and Sue's house to raise our family in! We will be moving in the February/March timeframe, but in the meantime we are doing some house projects. To start, we are building a detached garage with office space/guest space over it.
