Halloween 2014!

It was a fun Halloween this year. While it was definitely cool out, all the kids got to do some trick or treating. Ben and I quit a little early and went back to the house to help Marie hand out candy. Then, once trick or treat was over, Dan and I went on a Date Night...all in all a good Halloween!

1st Day of Pre-K!

Carmella started Pre-K the beginning of September. She goes to school Mon - Thurs for 2 1/2 hours a day and she loves it! Keeping our fingers crossed that she continues to enjoy going. Below is a picture of her 1st day of school.

Myrtle Beach!

We went to Myrtle Beach for a week with Mom and Dad, Mike, Jenn, Chase and Ryann and Jenn's family and some friends. We had a great time swimming in the pool, building sandcastles and just hanging out!

Kelley's Island 2014

We had absolutely perfect weather for the Kelley's Island weekend. I think it's funny that I say weekend since we only go up for the day on Saturday, but as soon as the kids are old enough...we are thinking next year, we are going to plan on pitching a tent and staying. Since we are a family of 5, it's hard to squeeze us into the cottage. We enjoyed seeing our Kelley's friends and family! Took the kids to the playground, had some ice cream in town and did a lot of walking to get Ben and Roni to take naps. All in all, it was a successful trip!

House Projects - Detached Garage

If you know us, you know that we always have some crazy going on in our lives. Well the crazy this year is that we are buying Tom and Sue's house to raise our family in! We will be moving in the February/March timeframe, but in the meantime we are doing some house projects. To start, we are building a detached garage with office space/guest space over it. Happy 4th Birthday Carmella!

Carmella turned 4 years old on July 6th. We had a little party for her and enjoyed seeing her adorable reactions to the cake and opening presents. I have to say, she is incredibly polite! She is turning into quite a little lady, it's hard to believe it's been 4 years since I went into labor with her on July 4th. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARMELLA! We love you!!

Happy 1st Birthday Bennett!

This year has flown by! Our baby is no longer a baby. Part of me is sad, another part is happy that our little munchkin is growing into a fun toddler. He started walking about 2 days after his 1st birthday and hasn't stopped since. He wants to run with his sisters, but his little legs just aren't ready for running yet.
