Every time I write one of these, it amazes me how time flies now. I can't believe our baby girl is 3 month's old. She is growing like a weed and does something new almost daily. She is smiling constantly and "talking" up a storm. She's pretty close to full on giggles which is so awesome! She is constantly on the "go" as her legs and arms are in constant motion when she is awake. I swear she walks ten miles a day:) She also consistently sleeps 8 hours every night. She is such a good baby! We have been in TX for 4 1/2 weeks and are getting ready to head home this Friday. Gramma and Pop Pop are loving their baby time!
As for Mommy and Daddy, there have been some changes for us as well. Dan started a new job as the Chief Sales Office for a Utility Billing company based out of Chicago...which means we are moving! We're excited and sad at the same time. It will be a fun new adventure, but we'll miss all of our Cleveland friends and family. Of course, we're not moving until our house sells and it doesn't look like that is going to happen any time soon.
I started back to work on October 4th. I was a little nervous at first, but I am enjoying being back. Luckily, I get to work from home which makes it so much easier to transition. I went to Reno last week for 2 days. It was really hard to be away from Carmella, but I know that will get easier. While I've been working, A. Lois has been watching Mel. Carmella is loving hanging with all of her relatives! She is not lacking cuddle time and people loving her up, that's for sure! Aunt Anna brought her an adorable night shirt back from her trip to CA, thanks Aunt Anna! She's going to look adorable in it!!
On to Month 4!

Oh she is so sweet and I so enjoyed all the pictures of everyone. What a wonderful time to share together. They are going to miss you both so much, Congratulations on your move...I hope to see you when you get settled back home here...I really need to hold that little Mel again !!!
