Carmella's Baptism

On January 30th, Carmella was Baptised at the same church Dan and I were married. We took the trip back to Cleveland for this special occasion. It was a whirlwind of a trip and we had to be creative since we had limited furniture in Cleveland. That didn't stop us from having fun and enjoying the time visiting with family and friends.

Gramma Jean traveled to Cleveland for the event as well as the Cincy Sisky's and Lethanders. Carmella's Godparents were Uncle Mike and Aunt Heather. Grandma Sue and Grandpa Tom were gracious enough to have everyone over for dinner on Saturday, Chase and Ryann were so excited about the playroom and the dinner was delicious!

Sunday was the big day and Dan and I weren't sure hour our little Nugget was going to be. Why we ever doubt that our little one is going to be anything less than perfect is beyond me:) She was great! Made no fuss about being held by the pastor and tried to get her hands on some more of the holy water. She did manage to spit up on my arm while we were still standing up there, but she didn't fuss about it:)

Afterwards all the local relatives and some friends joined us for brunch at the yacht club to round out the celebration! It was good to see everyone and be back in Cleveland for a bit!
