As I mentioned in my Christmas post, we moved back to Cleveland! Dan is able to work from Cleveland and commute when need be (he travels so much anyways, it just made more sense), and I can work from anywhere. We are so happy to be home! We never ended up selling our house so we moved back in. It's like we never left and we are so grateful to be back near family and friends.
The move was a bit rough...well not the actual move, but the fact that we all ended up sick. Mom and Dad packed up our condo in Chicago (and they both had terrible headcolds...we owe them big tiime!). Our stuff arrived on the 31st in Cleveland. Unfortunately, Dan now had the horrible cold. Luckily, we had family come over on the 1st to help us unpack. I now had the terrible headcold and poor Mella had thrown up twice overnight. Thank you to A. Jenny, U. Scott, A. Jill, Mom and Dad Roehl, and Grandma for helping us to get settled back into our new home.
By the 3rd, Dan and I now had the flu/headcold. Dan being pukey, me having a fever and poor Mella threw up again. Although, luckily, she doesn't seem to be too affected by it, she pukes and goes about playing:) Anyways, It's now the 12th and I'm still trying to get rid of the remnants of the cold.
Either way, we didn't let our illnesses damper our excitement to be home! We missed you Bay Village!
